Who We Are

Southern Utah Estate Services is a family-owned business in St. George. We started with junk removal and hauling, and today most of our work is estate cleanouts for families, executors, and realtors, along with junk removal for homeowners and property managers across Washington County.

Every job gets a fixed price before we start. We show up when we say we will, we sort what can be donated or recycled before anything goes to the landfill, and we leave the property clean. Many of the families we work with live out of state, so we're used to doing walkthroughs over video and sending photo updates as the work gets done.
