Estate Cleanout Pricing
Estate cleanouts start at $1,200. The final price depends on the square footage of the home and its condition. A small, lightly furnished home is on the low end; a large home that is full, or a hoarding situation, costs more. We walk through the home with you, in person or over video, and give you a fixed quote before any work begins.
What affects the price
- Square footage. Larger homes take more time and more truckloads. Garages, sheds, and storage units are included in the quote.
- Condition of the home. A lightly furnished home costs less than one that is completely full. Hoarding cleanouts are quoted separately after we see the home.

Light Cleaning
Sweeping, mopping, and wiping down counters, cabinets, and bathrooms after the home is emptied.
Deep Cleaning
Carpet cleaning, wall washing, appliances, and windows. For homes that need to be ready to list.
Estate Photography
Professional photos of the home for the listing, or of the contents for family and estate records.

Many of the families we work with live outside Utah. We can do the walkthrough over video, send photo updates while we work, and hand the keys to your realtor when the job is done.
